Deja Vu?

Pretty much the moment we got home from humid Australia to dry Colorado, my lip split and blood got all over the pillowcase. Awesome.

Now, a month later, no matter what I do, it still will not heal.

Why does this feel so familiar? Oh yeah.

  1. Hi Kelly Marie,

Just found your blog and have yet to read my way through it (am obsessed with the Olympics at the moment on top of work!), but will do that asap.

Sorry about your lip. Have just done my fourth week of Enbrel/Methotrexate shots and have so far managed to avoid any cuts, although nicked myself shaving my legs the other day (that luckily was tiny and after I washed it, put on antibiotic cream and a bandage, it hasn't amounted to much).

    Anyway, nice to "meet" you!

    :) Laurie

  2. Hey Laurie,

It's nice to "meet" you too! If I had cable, I think I would also be obsessed with the Olympics. ~;o)

I'm glad you're interested in my blog and I hope you will check it out. I hope you'll find some of the posts useful or at least be able to relate to them. It looks like you're very recently diagnosed with RA, so if you've got any specific questions, I'm only an email away (FromThisPoint.Forward@gmail.com)

    Love,
    ~Mariah~

P.S. I'm Mariah ~;o) Kelly Marie is my amazing friend who makes cards and often comments on my blog. You might want to check out her blog too, considering your interest in style and design!! http://www.blog.lawnfawn.com/

  4. Sending hugs, Z. Maybe some stylish, fashion forward band aids would cheer things up?

Thanks so much for leaving a comment! I really appreciate the support and I love hearing from all of you! My blog is a forum for finding support and discussing life with RA so I will try to publish and respond to comments as soon as I can!

Unfortunately, I have been getting a lot of nonsense comments with spam links in them recently. This means that I have had to turn the comment moderation on. My blog is not a place for advertizing, so if your comment contains a spam link it will not be published. Please respect my blog.

Thank you.
