My therapist helped me find practical ways to work on self-care, to
focus on enjoying my life, and to find the energy to care for my husband
and family. Deciding to speak to a sex therapist was one of the best
decisions I’ve ever made towards improving my quality of life...but that doesn't mean my insurance company made it easy!!
