Self Care Stories in Arthritis Today Magazine

I'm honored that I was asked to share advice about self care for the newest issue of Arthritis Today magazine! Especially because I got to be featured alongside two other amazing bloggers.     This is so cool. I was in my orthopedic surgeon's office this morning and (having forgotten my phone so I had no book to read) picked up a copy of Arthritis Today to read and saw your smiling face looking back at me. I had to tell the whole office I knew you. :-)
