This blog is a place where I can tell my personal RA story - I never intended to make money from it (which is why you don't see any ads). However, sometimes I get requests to review products. While there isn't a one-size-fits-all solution to dealing with arthritis pain, I do think some of my readers might find these types of reviews helpful. Please just keep in mind that everyone's arthritis is different - and what works (or doesn't work) for me might turn out different for you!!

(1) I don't solicit companies to provide their products to me. Any product that I review on this blog will be totally unsolicited (i.e. the company will have contacted me first to request my review.)
(2) I will never promise promotion of a product in exchange for free samples or goods. All my reviews will be 100% honest, and this will be made clear to the company before I accept their samples.
(3) I will accept free samples of products, but I won't accept monetary compensation for writing a review.
(4) If I do decide to write a review of a product, I will always include a disclaimer that links to this policy.
